Room is ok, but one of the room is quite dark

Comfortable stay w a luxurious bath tub

Room is not as big as I thought it to be, but the room boasts a big bath tub which my daughter enjoyed a lot. The breakfast spread was good with fruits, bread section, western, Japanese food and 3 live stations. The hotel has seen better days, but it is definitely worth the price.

Walls and doors are thin so quite noisy whenever anyone talks along the corridor.

Housekeeping to improved

The staffs were great and professional. The food are great too but unfortunately, the cleanliness like bedsheet and pillow cases are with significant stains . Hope u can improve this image. Thanks

The hotel is anazing so spacious , the room is normal size but value fir money with safebox coffee maker. A fantastic buffet breakfast included with the price. Walking distance to shop and ferries and a great disco

Spacious hotel

amazingly spacious and nice decoration though it looks a bit old. The facilities can be improved. The breakfast is just normal and food is run out of quite fast due to crowd of guests. Lotte is just opposite to the hotel and convenience for grocery shopping.

I like the service

The aorcon is super cold even when switch off. Super quiet at night.

Lack of water pressure and hot water for showers.

I booked two rooms and they offered me one, I did not remember, and they did remember after we were sleeping in tiny beds!?!

the pool area was really nice, the abandoned building is the only thing not nice in the view at the pool area. We stayed for 4 days and 3 nights with a non smoking queen room reservation. The first room they assigned to us is a twin room with a very small walk area, the smell is damp and a bit of cigarette smell, saw an ashtray on the table, I requested to change rooms as Im allergic to cigarette and strong smelling stuff, the staff did her best to give me something good. We were transferred to a different room but still a twin room but with bigger walk area and not smelling one. A bit disappointed with the window view, was hoping to see the sea nearby, but instead a indoor view of I dont know what.

Grand & great for all functions and stay. Dislike not all rooms have a view. Ours Windows face another corridors with no view which I don't know if it is accessible by anyone. The bed is just right beside it.

The staffs were warm and welcoming. The place is strategic. The room was clean and I love it !

Second time staying in this hotel and I still love it here! booked the same junior suite that we get for a very good deal during expedia flash sale. I have no complains throughout our stay there but the rooms can be very cold that we off the aircons at night, hahaha and since we went during peak period (CNY long weekend), the breakfast buffet spread finished so fast and we have to wait for quite some time for the top up. I guess they also had not enough staffs through out the weekend. But overall, we enjoyed the stay there. And it is a must to visit the spa!

Staff were extremely friendly and helpful. Location was ok. Aruma spa located in the hotel was excellent. Hotel system made things very easy and convenient for us. However, quality of the lifts could be improved.

1km by walking from Batam Ferry Centre 5mins S$5 by taxi.Take a taxi if you have big,heavy bags.Next to Lotte Batam Mart sells local daily grocery,cheap kitchen appliances.A restaurant sells tasty,affordable food,deserts inside the mart,please try.Right side from the hotel main entrance walk further up there is a shop stall sells Indonesia dish +rice. Walk further a small and not so clean and tidy shop sells tasty satay,especially mutto satay S$0.20/stick.3 eating places near the hotel that I know of,nearest will be Maga Mall 1 km away.There are restaurants inside the hotel. Must take taxi to go everywhere.Great for those like to stay in room,enjoy the hotel’s facilities,gym,swimming pool,sauna,coffee shop.

Endoxos Year-End Getaway

It was a quick weekend getaway with friends. The hotel is massive, service was friendly but the hotel itself could use an update. The room had no view and looked onto another wall the only benefit was the room was pitch dark so you could sleep forever

Batam short staycation

Wonderful services from all the staffs, especially during check-in. Hotel room is spacious however there might has dust bugs as my wife, kids and myself felt itchy during the night. Furniture a bit run down and sink was choked, we never request for room change as we stay for 1 night. Plus point a hot pool for relaxation and great adult swimming pool, overall is great weekend for family.

Beautiful hotel, friendly staff

Its a nice stay. We were given a free upgrade as well, which come with a really beautiful bathtub. The staffs were very friendly. Only bad thing is the location. It's walkable distance to the Ferry Terminal, but it will still take 10min-ish to walk. Other than that, it's not near any shopping centre.

Big. However some rooms have bad smell. Hope the staff can speak better english.

Hotel breakfast cost $$ ,the food need to improve, most of the food are cold, especially porridge not even warm,....

The hotel wasn’t the same as when i went 4 years ago. It needs alot of improvement in terms of the room clealiness and facilities. The carpet and toilet was dirty when we first walked in the room and the chair and sofa that was in the room was old and no cushioning on the seat. The tv is way too small for a room that size. The buffet breakfast spread was also limited and not very satisfying. The lift is also and issue as it is very slow and not able to take in more than 4 people at one time. The check in and check out process was pretty easy. Overall the biggest disappointment was the dirty carpet floor.

WORST SPA IN HOTEL

Hotel spa was the WORST ever.

as for accommodation is good only a thing regarding of breakfast about the potatoes is not fully cook n prepared well...i love american breafast..that the reason...why i love to stay in that hotel...luckily when i complaining about the potatoes is not cook..i told the lady in charge about my disappointment she suddenly offered me a compliment to send my breakfast into my room...thank you..for fast..response.

Had beg bug bites during the stay in Harmoni One Convention. This shows how unhygienic the rooms are. I do not recommend staying at this hotel.

It would have been better if the lights in the room were not that dim. Like have more lights options. Was really very surprised to find the tv was really small. I think with an excellent interior of the hotel, you could do way more better with the room interior as well.

when using the shower, the water will leaked to the toliet bowl. Not fixed till we check out. The wardrobe have a faulty hinge causing the wardrobe's door cant be closed properly. Nobody turns up at 1st when i informed the receptionist via call. After 2 hours later, we informed the receptionist face to face then later the engineer came to fix the problem. Otherwise, the breakfast and shuttle service is good.

We had booked a Junior Suite and have discovered that it's had no windows/ views, after spoken to Mr Dian. After listening to our concerns, he upgraded us to Executive Suite. What a nice gesture! At that time, we didn't even know he is a Duty Manager.

i dont blame the hotel their not much tourist came to visit. on the site note no business hotel no upgrade how can one business can aford loss money no in the world can do that compare to nagoya. over there have alot people and alot tourist i have no idea what they did but they did it.

Love the size of the room and the breakfast spread is above average.

We booked non smoking room however upon checking in, we were told that only smoking room was available as the hotel was full. Disappointed as we had already booked non smoking room in the first place.

Staff was excellent, however, room was not ready by 3.30pm.

We didn't like the breakfast. Long queue, run out of food for long weekend holiday. :( Quite a frightening experience

Great location with very attentive staff and overall a very pleasant stay.

Room keys not issued till 2pm even though room are ready. This creates bottlenecks during check in. Some rooms are windowless. Location not near to ferry terminal or Mega Mall.

Location, location, location. Is only a 3 min drive to Batam Centre Ferry terminal and abt 5 min drive away from the Pasir Puteh coffeeshop where you can get cheaper and better meals than the malls. Lobby is grand looking but rooms need a little touch up and renovation. May not use this hotel again if state of property is not upgraded. Else no major complaints and all good.

It's very cosy and the room is clean tidy. I enjoyed my stay there as the customer service is nice and friendly.

Hotel condition.

Everything is ok except the switch sometimes not working n the bathtub is too high n dangerous for children n older guests..The Hotel is beautiful but need some maintenance n upgrading..The Receptions n doorman very helpful plus the housekeeping staffs very polite and they always very helpful n always greet us.

Disappointed with breakfast

The breakfast was bad. Food were on warmer with no fire so became cold. Variety very average. The soya beancurd was bad. The room bathtub had a scary sound when water is being drained away.

Extremely small rooms and very poor breakfast.

I have been in more then 20 hotels in Batam and i can assure that this is the worst hotel ever. Rooms are extremely small compare to most hotels in Batam and especially queen bed looks like a bed for kids ( see pic). The breakfast is a total chaos . Most of dishes were empty and none care to fill them up. Booking with hotels.com it doesn't state as special request to book a double or twin bed but a option that you choose , not up to their availability. I had to argue this with the receptionist staff for more then 10 minutes. View from the window is ugly ( see picture) and honestly , i cant find any good thing about this hotel.

We got a really great deal on a small room here. It was fine. Bed was comfortable and the pool was nice.

Located near Batam Centre Ferry Terminal. It got a rooftop swimming pool ( toddler/ children/ adult one each) with one of them is warm water. A well maintained and clean pool but without lifeguard I think. Friendly front desks and English speaking. Breakfast is provided with average serving.

I went there to stay twice.. given 2nd floor. Paranormal experiences happened twice.. my friend saw a dark shadow and strange child voices along corridor when there shouldn't be.

1) Door to the shower cubicle could not close properly. As a result, the shower water spills to the floor outside the shower cubicle. 2) There is no pen provided. 3) There is no ironing board or iron. 4) One can easily slip when getting into and out of the bath tub. 5) Facial tissue paper is difficult to reach.

Never going back again.

Small rooms. Be careful when booking

I was allocated a very small room with twin beds. This twin bed was divided by a phone holder. It was an extremely uncomfortable stay when compared to the last visit. The hotel safe was practically unusable and I could not even open the wardrobe door. The room had no natural sunlight so if you are in the room, you would not know whether it is day or night. Doubt I will stay here again.

Not too bad location.

Not too bad place for family staycation, near Batam center ferry terminal. Easy to take taxi or grab to get around to various shopping Malls. Rooms are okie, just that need to continuously asking for towels, believe it’s due to the Long weekend situation.

Me time in Batam

Check in and check out was fast and efficient. I had asked for a room near the lift and i got it. I could have ended up walking at least 100 m to reach my room cos that was how long the corridor was Thank you! Plumbing was not so good and water brownish so did not even dare to drink boiled water. Continuous Loud noise from the toilet and this was solved by closing the toilet door. Aircon was loud but did not bother me. Breakfast spread and quality was good.

The property and serounding design is cool but at breakfast area you can see some ceiling the finishing repair work not so good.

Location is not bad. It is opposite a big hyper market and Batam Center Ferry Terminal is about 5 minutes drive. There is a shuttle service, to 3 local malls but it’s not frequent at all. You have to book early for a space. Gets full quickly. The design of the hotel is great, but facilities definitely need upgrading. My room had a very strange smell and was rather dim. The AC is set to freezing so you might want to bring some warm clothing. They can’t give any extra blankets. Breakfast was a nice selection. The best part of my stay was the courteous and helpful staff.

The lobby was very impressive but not the rooms. I have booked via Expedia for a queen size bed room but was told upon check in it was just a request. However, the front office eventually obliged and gave me a room with queen size bed. But upon checking into the room, there was no towel, floor nat , etc. Called housekeeping and they brought over. Aircon was not cold for the first night and complaint and they fixed it the second day. When check in, the room carpet was not clean . The 2nd day after the housekeeping cleaned the room, there wasn't any mineral water replenished. Called the receptionist and the housekeeping brought the water over. Overall a nice hotel but the the standard service like towels, mineral water, etc is quite standard for hotels especially Harmoni One is such a high end hotel. Good hotel overall but many things to improve. Tq

Nice hotel with friendly& helpful customer service

Overall was ok.. The ambience is comfy. Condition is acceptable. Food was fine.. Customer service was good, very friendly & helpful.But took abit too long during check-in. & there were no bath towels in our toilet in the first day..only 2 small towels for us to wipe the foor. Distance to ferry terminal is quite near also... 5 mins drive only... Would come back again if we are going to the town again ..Thank u

This hotel was very large and had quality amenities and rooms. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay here and found the staff to be very responsive and generous. The breakfast is great, but service at the Bamboe restaurant at other times of the day is definitely lacking. It is a bit of a weird location, but if you just need to be close to the port then it’s perfect. Overall, good value for what you get.

It is a relatively new building with a touch of Roman/ Morrocan design. Part of the hotel is still under renovation, but the accessible areas are all completely done up. Very nice furniture that goes well with their interior decor.
