- • They changed the price on us, so we decided not to stay. The reception told us that everything was canceled but they charged the amount to the card and that amount was not refunded.

Needs a lot of improvement!
The breakfast is good, with a variety of fruits, breads, and cakes, replenished all the time.

- • The hotel's location is far for those without a car from the city's cafes and bars. The towels are clean but old! The bathroom does not have a bidet. The hotel has an outdated policy of room access with a key and during check-in you are warned that if you lose the key, you will have to pay R$200.00. One of the few entertainment items, the pool table, is paid and costs R$12.00 per game. The quality of the mattresses is lacking, very soft and you wake up sore!
