Die Getränke waren begrenzt, die Speisekarte war begrenzt und der Service war schrecklich vom Empfangspersonal. Ich hatte im Voraus eine Nachricht geschickt, um mitzuteilen, dass wir gegen Mitternacht einchecken würden und zu erkundigen, ob etwas zu essen verfügbar sei. Ich teilte auch mit, dass wir einen Geburtstag und ein Jubiläum feierten. Ich erhielt die Bestätigung, dass unsere Anfrage registriert wurde, jedoch war kein Essen verfügbar und trotz einer erneuten Nachricht am 2. Tag unserer Reise gab es immer noch keine Anerkennung unseres Jubiläums. Reinigungs- und Servicepersonal waren großartig, aber das Empfangsbüro und der Spa-Empfang waren absolut nutzlos und super unhilfreich, selbst als sie gebeten wurden, das Mindeste zu tun. Anscheinend war kein zweiter Schlüssel verfügbar, und als wir zu unserem Zimmer gebracht wurden und gefragt wurde, ob es einen Lageplan des Anwesens gab, wurde uns gesagt, mitten in der Nacht zurück zum Empfang zu gehen. Der Feueralarm des Anwesens ging an einem Abend um 5 Uhr und am nächsten Abend um 6 Uhr los. Beide Male war kein Personal da, um hilfreiche Anweisungen oder Unterstützung zu geben.

I never leave a review but how discussing this place is I had to leave a review, the dirtiest hotel I have ever been to.

For the price, it was definitely worth it. The food was not particularly great but better than average. The staff were mostly friendly and polite. The animation team, especially Büsra, was very likable and helpful. The resort was aesthetically and beautifully designed. However, there wasn't really much to see or do around the hotel. Unfortunately, there was no proper beach, which slightly altered the experience. Definitely more suitable for people who prefer spending time by the pool.

Hotel Review

The food quality was not as good as expected. During my 7-night stay, the menu was very repetitive with little variety, and many of the dishes were served cold. The biggest disappointment was that about 15 minutes before the official closing time of the restaurant, staff had already started clearing everything away, which should not happen in a five-star hotel, food should be available until the very last minute of service. Rooms & Facilities: The cleanliness of the rooms was fine, but toiletries such as shampoo and conditioner were only provided on the first day, and I had to request them repeatedly afterwards. There was also no iron in the room, and when I requested one, it was old and not in good condition. On one occasion, the air conditioning stopped working, which was inconvenient. Service & Staff: On the positive side, I would like to highlight some excellent staff. In the bar, Nazli was outstanding, I would easily rate her 100 out of 100 for her professionalism and friendly service. Unfortunately, some of the male staff members were not as polite or welcoming, which made me feel uncomfortable as a solo female traveler. The lobby staff were all fantastic, very helpful, kind, and always willing to assist. I also want to mention Jemale was really helpful and Sofia from the entertainment team, along with their colleagues, who were truly amazing and made the experience much more enjoyable. The hotel has good potential, and many staff members really made a difference to my stay.

The room was clean, and the cleaning lady was nice. The hotel didn't honor the 1 a la carte meal, every beverage was served in flimsier versions of dixie cups. The unbranded 'fake' brands of alcohol were disgusting. Ie real Aperol having been substituted with 'Boa'. Should be shut down or new management needed altogether. Even many staff said they wouldn't eat the food at the resort. A proper audit of this place needs to be done, for health and safety, and especially quality control in every aspect. Photos not accurate either. After our arrival we also learned many of the reviews are fake, to artificially bolster the hotel's rating. Also, who is allowed to determine whether a hotel is 5 star? This one is most certainly not.

EXCELLENT HOTEL I RECOMMEND TO EVERYONE. YOU WILL BE SATISFIED.

We left the hotel 3 days earlier, It was dirty, food selection very limited, whatever you wanted was not always available, something was always out of stock. Staff were unfriendly, most of the time they were busy with their phones, which obviously had priority. Nothing was refunded proportionally for the 3 days prior to departure. In our opinion, this hotel is anything but a 5-star hotel and we will never visit it again. I cannot recommend this hotel to anyone.

When booking, I considered three points. Hotel on the beach, a gym, and a parking lot. The parking service was very good. The hotel had its own parking lot. The hotel is right by the sea but on a platform. So there was no beach. Next door was a bit of 'sand'. In the area of the platform where you enter the water, it is rocky and full of moss. So if you want a nice sandy beach, this is not the place. There is no gym as shown in the pictures. Outside, there is a small area with a treadmill with dumbbells, if you can call it that. The equipment is outdated, rusty, and almost unusable. The food is good, although it is actually difficult to evaluate it as everyone has different tastes. We had no complaints. The staff was very nice. The resort is quite large and beautiful. More like a club resort. The rooms need renovation. The cabinets are swollen and have cracks. In the shower, the silicone at the bottom of the water protection was no longer tight, so most of the water from the shower leaked into the bathroom. Since we only went to the room to sleep, it didn't bother us much. Conclusion: For the money (850,-) for 4 days, I would have hoped for more. We overlooked some things and made the best of it, and in the end, we had a relaxing holiday. However, an absolute No-Go was that there was a condom floating in the sea. I pointed it out to the lifeguard. He said it cleans itself 😳

If you like all-inclusive, family-friendly, great location right on the beach and a huge pool, etc., this place is for you. However, the beds are as hard as planks, and the music goes on until 11.30 pm. If you book, get a room away from the Paradiso cafe so you can have sleep. We personally didn't eat there, the food was average.
