Fabulous service and location
We spent a lovely weekend in Santubong. So glad we chose Cove55. The resort is superbly maintained, considering it is an older property. The rooms are massive and clean. I would suggest taking higher floors if you are within the main mansion. What stood out is the Front Desk - the guest experience is delightful. Very prompt response time and helpful in accommodating our requests. The WhatsApp responses were so well-written that I sometimes thought they were from AI. :) Perhaps a combination of human + AI. I loved the pool and views. The Zebra craft beer offering is a nice touch - I wasn't able to find it anywhere else locally. Really have no negative feedback - keep up the good work. I'm sure to be back.

A Super Place to stay for a relaxing few days
This Hotel sits on its own by the coast and has beautiful gardens. The staff were very helpful and friendly. The breakfast and dinners I enjoyed were absolutely Top class and really made my stay. There is a good size swimming pool. The Hotel offers free transport to nearby attractions and activities. The only disappointment is that it was not possible to swim in the sea due to crocodiles.
