staff were amazing. Kristi, the reservations manager was so easy to deal with before our arrival, taking care of our visas. All emails were answered promptly. Staff called us by our names which was a wonderful personal approach and much appreciated.

A REMARKABLE PROPERTY

For those who seek an exceptional luxury hotel experience, I feel you owe it to yourself to research this hotel fully. I recently completed a month-long journey through Southeast Asia with my family, during which I stayed exclusively at top-rated five-star hotels. While every property on our itinerary was excellent, The Sanchaya Hotel stood out as truly exceptional and was, without a doubt, the absolute highlight of our travels. Every aspect of our stay surpassed the traditional five-star standard: • The Culinary Experience: The food was extraordinary, showcasing incredible flavor, presentation, and creativity at every single meal. Do not miss the private BBQ on the beach. • Flawless Service: The attention to detail, warmth, and proactive care demonstrated by the staff made us feel welcome and valued. • Breathtaking Grounds: The beachfront property itself is stunning, meticulously maintained, and provides a perfect, serene escape. • Impeccable Rooms: Our accommodations were pristine, beautifully designed, and offered the highest level of comfort. The entire team was dedicated to hospitality: this is a very low-density property, so we often encountered the hotel manager, the F&B manager, or the hotel supervisor going about and dedicating themselves to making our experience exceptional. Incredible in Every Way

There are great hotel stays on vacation, and then there is The Sanchaya. This property and its staff truly stands alone. From the moment guests arrive at the ferry terminal, they are guided into a private lounge for only Sanchaya guests. The wonderful staff, or Artisans as they are called, takes care of immigration for guests so they can start their vacation immediately. After a short drive, guests are greeted by a tour of this stunning property and a personal welcome from the exceptional manager, Greg. The property has every amenity one could ask for but, simultaneously, it intentionally lacks the feel of a large resort. There are only approximately 30 rooms and, as a result, guests are permitted abundant space to enjoy their activities without fighting crowds. By example, the pool is a centerpiece of the property but, given the intentional size, chairs are plentiful and poolside service from the resort’s artisans is never delayed. The best description I can provide for the resort is understated luxury with impeccable guest service. The special touches that make a stay at The Sanchaya exceptional are the small details that make guests feel at home. Each artisan knows guests names and takes the opportunity to get to know them. Coffee preferences are remembered and served the next day without even do much as needing to order. (And the Sanchaya blend coffee was itself outstanding). No special request is considered unreasonable and the artisans go out of their way to serve resort guests’ needs. And the food is every bit as delicious—and interestingly varied—as one could want. After visiting for three days, we eagerly look forward to rejoining our friends at The Sanchaya at the earliest possible opportunity in the future. Our experience was as next-level exceptional as we could imagine, in every way.

Awesome stay

Feels like home. A memorable trip with family. The chef sandi for very humble and kind. All the support staff was very good. Will recommend too all . The rooms amenities service everything was perfect. The reception staff was also very helpful.
