THE LOCATION OF THE ENCLOSURE IS SPECTACULAR, EVERYTHING CLOSE. WELL-EQUIPPED KITCHEN AND BATHROOM WITH JUST ENOUGH, THAT IS, COMFORT SOAP, HOT WATER. IT MEETS. THE STAFF OF THE FIRST TWO DAYS VERY FRIENDLY AND ATTENTIVE.

- • IN GENERAL, IN THE ROOM WE STAYED, THE CLEANLINESS LEFT MUCH TO BE DESIRED, BROKEN GLASS WAS FOUND IN THE MAIN ROOM, AND THE CLOSET COULD NOT BE USED. IN GENERAL, THERE WAS A LOT OF DUST SMELL. ON THE LAST DAY, WE WITNESSED A FIGHT BETWEEN THE CONCIERGE AND A GUEST WHERE THE CONCIERGE WAS GOING IN AND OUT OF THE ROOM AS IF NOTHING WAS HAPPENING AND SLAMMING THE DOOR. THE PATIO WAS VERY DISORDERLY, BROKEN CHAIRS, AND THE BEACH WAS CLEANED BUT LEFT EVERYTHING THERE.

The location is very good, the staff is very attentive. The bathrooms were clean and so were the sheets. The view is very nice.

- • The carpet was very stained, the furniture needs updating or maintenance. I think that with a little effort, some things can be fixed, such as fixing some power outlets, maintaining cleanliness in the kitchen, polishing the table, and cleaning the windows. The kitchen had a lot of dirt smell, the dishes were dirty (poorly washed), for example, the glasses were only rinsed and full of grease. The sink had a stuck noodle. The furniture under the sink I suppose were the ones that smelled bad since they were dirty and apparently unused.

The building is already old, and it is noticeable that they are improving it, they are under construction on the ground floor, although there are important details missing. I appreciate the attention of the staff and their willingness to solve and improve details. For example, it does not have a hairdryer and they provided me with one right away. The view over the lake is priceless and the comfort in terms of space is very good. The garden area on the ground floor is spectacular.

- • Hygiene has its ups and downs despite being generally optimal. There are details in the kitchen area, for example, an electric kettle with accumulated grease. Other details, some light switch covers are missing, which gives an appearance of neglect that can certainly be solved and completely changed at a low cost. The furniture, especially the table, has a sticky patina, which would be good to polish and shine. They are rustic furniture, it is not so difficult to solve this. Maintenance details.
