- • There was no shampoo and body wash. The gym and spa were not working when we visited.
Exceptional location of the hotel. Top pool, restaurant
Classic, hearty but ask when served in the room what you want, beforehand. I drink coffee: no need to serve me a tiny coffee. I don't drink milk: no need to see a pot of milk overly filled. A fruit salad is a salad composed of several categories of fruits. I eat butter: in 3 days, a very small pat. So ask for preferences when served in the room. Introduce bread without wheat flour (allergy). Offer bread with bran, chestnut, chickpea flour.

- • Change the curtains: torn for one. Less waiting time for room service for breakfast served in the room. Put a chair in front of the desk. No music at the pool: unbearable. We come for the calm, not for a nightclub.

- • This is clearly NOT a 5-star hotel. The rooms look very old, the carpet smells bad and gives a dirty impression. The bedding was not comfortable and the furniture was old and damaged. The bathroom was small, impractical and emitted a strong smell of sewage and mustiness. The spa and indoor pool were closed for renovation when it was not indicated anywhere at the time of booking, which is very disappointing. The value for money is really bad: it's way too expensive for the services offered. The hotel rather gives the impression of an old 2-star than a real 5-star. We did not feel comfortable at all during the stay.
