A secret address for lovers who appreciate charm and luxury
The refined decoration and exceptional view of the rooms, the view from the veranda over the city for breakfast! The spa (extraordinary masseuses) And the highlight of the show this suspended platform for having drinks on the terrace facing all of Lisbon! For me, one of the best neighborhoods of old bourgeois houses, still single-family and inhabited for evening walks, a wonderful little park behind the hotel and the funicular, one of the oldest that takes you back to the hotel! A dream

Beautiful and Charming stay at the Torel Palace
The Torel Palace is a beautiful hotel. The rooms were fresh and lovely. We had a great little porch with a view off our room that added to the charm. The welcome treats were a nice touch. Love the two pools and having cocktails or a meal with a view, cannot be beat.

Love the style and location. Breakfast is good and staff are excellent
The reception staff were great. We transferred rooms because of my error and then staff went above expectations to make it smooth and easy and even upgraded us at the same rate.

From the moment we arrived, the staff made us feel right at home. A special mention must go to Ram in the restaurant, whose warm, attentive service truly went above and beyond and made our dining experience unforgettable. Excellent food at the Black Pavilion. The grounds and surrounding area are absolutely stunning - the perfect setting to unwind and soak in the atmosphere. Breakfast simply outstanding! We will without a doubt be returning. Highly recommended! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

- • Everything else Noisy, poorly maintained, ... Very very poorly maintained The staff is unprofessional, unexpected, most stay no more than 10 days, they can't handle it
