Hello everyone, I really liked everything, the main entrance is quite original, the palace itself is very well-kept and classy. The room was perfect, I love the small living room and the kind of veranda between the rooms, the pool was just what was needed. I sincerely thank the entire staff for the welcome and for the little attention to our couple. I want to thank you for the upgrade of your room, may God keep you close to this place. Over all wonderful experience, highly recommend
The most important was staff very helpful and courteous, property was well accessible to every attraction. Beautiful rooms and delicious breakfast. Reception staff and the property manager went out of their way to make us feel welcomed and comfortable.

- • The room is poorly maintained. There was a bird's nest in the room (video evidence). The services offered online are not correct. The spa was closed on the Sunday of my arrival and when I asked for a treatment, I was told that the spa was finally open but that the manager was tired.
We had a very good stay.
Very nice establishment with excellent reception and particularly helpful staff, both at the reception and in the restaurant. Special mention also to the manager for her kindness and professionalism. The hammam was a truly relaxing moment shared with my sister and daughter - a big thank you to Zainab for this beautiful experience, exceptional from start to finish.

- • One small downside, however: the significant construction work at the hotel entrance was not indicated at the time of booking, which is regrettable. In addition, the outdoor pool was not heated, which seems hardly acceptable for a 5-star establishment.
