- • Even though my room was facing a side street not main street but traffic noise was horrendous, those crazy drivers honking throughout the night plus constant stray dogs barking. Hardly had any sleep

- • Rooms are really tired and noisy. Wifi is slow. Breakfast options are limited.
Service not up to the standard expected. Staff untrained.

- • Asked for English Breakfast Tea staff did not know. At breakfast asked for espresso but got latte. Fixed breakfast menu so did not get egg florentine. Asked to remove service charge from in room dining but despite cutting it in food bill, it was charged.
