I couldn't stay here for a problem they had and they noticed me on the same day I landed. They switched me to a different hotel, different pricing, and gave me a room that was occupied... Then finally I got to my room after almost 3 hours.

- • The experience wasn't very good. An occupied room? Had a bad one. Rooms are nice and comfy though

- • I have stayed at this hotel on several occasions and it has always been excellent. But this time, Valeria's attention at the reception was disappointing, no empathy or interest in helping to solve my requirements. She didn't even respond to my greeting the next day after my arrival at the hotel. I believe it is important to consider that customer service is very important for the benefit of both the guest and the establishment
