- • The air conditioning was not working, we did not inform them to check it, but they also did not inform us and it seemed to have been broken for a while.

- • I did not like the stay. The hotel turns off the air conditioning all the time. I had to call reception 3 times a day to turn it on. I find it disrespectful as a guest, especially for a 5-star hotel. The guest should decide if the air conditioning is on or not, not reception. The place is extremely noisy because it is in front of a very busy avenue.

- • The condition of the facilities. The service is terrible. Disorganized. Serious lack of communication between the hotel teams. It was exhausting. The TV, the bathroom, the safe were damaged. Things kept happening over and over. We stayed for 13 days. It was like staying at an aunt's place. The room was freezing. It was impossible to change the temperature. Far from resembling an NH Collection. It's money wasted. I do not recommend it. They apologized daily... A disaster.
