- • The employee took about half an hour to check me in. He said he couldn't find my reservation, even though I showed him the booking confirmation. During the time I was there, a guest arrived who had just checked in, went back down because they gave her the key to an already occupied room. And another guest who had just gone up to the 12th floor (the elevator only goes up to the 11th floor) was given a key that didn't work. And another guest complaining that they had requested the car 20 minutes ago. A real chaos.
