Amazing and very stylish hotel, sophisticated and elegant. Exceptional service.. always smiling and quietly. The view of the canal is wonderful. It was really hot and the air conditioning worked very well! I forgot a beloved dress at the hotel and they found it. The spa is really beautiful and indulgent! With a beautiful garden at the spa exit. Highly recommended hotel and the building is very beautiful. One day we arrived late, and they brought kosher room service, with a white tablecloth and a very nice table setting in the large room. In short, we enjoyed and thank the beautiful hotel.

First class experience
If I could give this hotel 10 stars I would! Stayed here with my husband for one night as we were in Amsterdam for a Rhine River Cruise. This was possibly the classiest hotel I have ever stayed! From the minute you walk in, you feel like royalty. Every member of the staff is top notch and even remember your name. The rooms are beautiful and well appointed. The AC works great, the bed is totally comfortable, rooms are spotless, great water pressure etc. We were upgraded to a suite and had a canal view as we had mentioned that we were celebrating our 20th wedding anniversary and my husband is diamond status. Thank you so much Waldorf for a very memorable stay and we will always stay there anytime we are in Amsterdam.

Consider it as high level stay
I stayed one night on 27 May 2026 at room 108, the hotel is very luxury, the staff are very professional, the concierge is the best in Amsterdam.
