- • The restaurant does not operate on holidays, which is inconsistent, a 4-star hotel should provide restaurant service every day. On the other hand, they only have the terrace and pool service available from 10 am, considering that the checkout is at 12, guests do not have enough time to enjoy the space. The night I stayed, there was no cable TV service and the TV configuration did not allow connection to the hotel's wifi, however, they moved me to a room where the TV would work.

- • The staff stole my sunglasses when one of the bellboys offered to temporarily store my luggage while I had breakfast on the day of checkout. The saddest part is that I contacted the hotel 4 times, directly with the manager, and despite taking my details all 4 times, they never provided a solution.
Comfortable and good service overall.
