Absolute relaxation

This resort is a true corner of paradise, the keyword is: relaxation. We stayed here for 14 days, the resort is very simple, but really well-kept. The rooms are always super clean, the gardens are tended to every day, they are simply wonderful, the staff is fantastic, all very kind and always ready to give a smile. The rooms are few, so in the structure, there are never too many people, no one shouting, few children, no entertainment, no one disturbing you every 5 minutes with loud music or silly games. Another positive note is the spa, very clean with competent people, thanks to Tyson, who recommended the right massages for us. The food is very simple, but you can always find something good, some dishes are repeated throughout the days, but in addition to the usual ones like rice, chicken, beef, fish, and pasta, there are international dishes, different every day, lots of fruits and vegetables, and always many desserts. Breakfast station with eggs made to order, which for me is a real plus. On Saturdays, there is the Egyptian evening, with really talented and engaging artists, it was a real surprise, the first show with real Egyptians that I see after years in Marsa Alam. The beach is a real paradise, sunbeds and umbrellas well separated, access to the water from the beach, a few strokes away you find the reef, unfortunately suffering from the 2024 storm, but with so much life, fish of all shapes and colors, moray eels, a group of turtles that stay there every day, and Mr. Dugong, who shows up almost every day. In short, a place to unwind, where soul and body align with nature. I can confirm with absolute certainty that if I return to Marsa Alam, this resort will be my second home, for me the best by far, despite having frequented 5-star resorts over the years, Shams Alam beats them hands down, naturally, for how I want a vacation.

Perfect location for snorkeling. Wonderful coral reef with direct access from the beach. Distance from the rooms to the sea is 50 meters. There are 2 dugongs and many marine turtles as well as many fish species in the bay. Many reefs available. And then a beautiful, clean, quiet resort. Good food, not too international and that's fine, very kind and helpful staff. I will definitely come back.
