Breakfast was very delicious. Sashimi and roast beef were tasty, and it was nice to be able to eat as much as you like in a buffet style. The room facilities were good, and the view of the sea when waking up in the morning was the best. We used the indoor pool, Tiger Beach, and large public bath, and it was a very pleasant stay.

- • I didn't feel the gym was particularly worth using. I thought it would be nice to have a plan where the gym is an additional fee and you can just enjoy the beach and large public bath.
Great hotel! Rooms are excellent and spacious. Beds are very comfy. The indoor swimming pool and onsen are nice, and we liked the outdoor pool as well. Staff are excellent, very friendly and professional. Breakfast buffet has lots of food options. Good location in Onna area. Close to many restaurants and shops.

- • Breakfast booking system should be changed. You have to wake up and join an online queue for an hour. Queue opens at 5:30am. The gym lacks a range of equipment.

Staff is super nice, helpful and polite. Room is spacious and very clean. We feel very enjoyable to stay in Monterey. There is an elevator that can go down to the beach. We love the sauna and hot spring/bathing. Even though there is a fee, it’s reasonable. The hotel itself is beautiful as well. Nice view and good location. Highly recommended!

- • Some weird smell in the corridor and the room. Need to wait for breakfast as it’s always full. Even though you can get the ticket on the phone, you need to wake up early for that. A little bit inconvenient.
