- • Incompetent staff, downright rude at times. Air conditioning didn't work in 1 out of 3 rooms. Keycard didn't work, just helped into the elevator with a mastercard but the comment 'but I can't get into my room with my card' is acknowledged before the staff leaves the elevator!!!! Request for help due to food poisoning goes unanswered. I still don't know how we managed to wait for two hours for a nearby drugstore to open, but in the meantime found out that another drugstore nearby was open 24/7. I have been to this hotel many times but this was the last time.
