- • The room I stayed in faces the bus terminal, so the noise at night is quite bothersome, next time I will ask to stay in a different room that does not face the terminal. I needed the ironing service and found it expensive. They could provide an iron and a place to avoid the risk of burning anything inside the room. A tip: bring clothes that do not need ironing or your own iron. Those were the only negative points.

A disappointing stay, without the minimum comfort expected from a hotel. ⭐️😤
My experience at Hotel Esplanada was extremely disappointing. We stayed for two nights, as a family with a child, and unfortunately faced basic problems that should not happen in a hotel. The room's air conditioning was not working, and to make matters worse, there was no hot water. On cold days, we had to deal with extremely cold water for showering, even with a child. I consider it unacceptable to pay for accommodation and not have minimum comfort conditions, such as proper climate control and hot water. Another point that left me very dissatisfied was the parking. The advertisement states that there is parking available at the hotel, but it is not clear that the service is charged separately. This information should be presented transparently and clearly before booking, so that the guest knows exactly what costs to expect during the stay. It was two nights marked by discomfort, frustration, and an experience well below what we expected. When we travel with family and pay for accommodation, we expect, at the very least, that the basic services advertised are functioning properly. Based on our experience, I do not recommend Hotel Esplanada and will not stay there again.
