Good hotel, however lacks maintenance. Reception staff not polite. Hotel no longer has a gym or an agreement with the gym next door. Good breakfast. Large rooms. Poor shower, very little water.

Could have been worse but thank God it was not all bad.
The location was good with restaurants, pharmacy, and other shops nearby. The room was spacious and tidy, and the staff were friendly.

- • The room keys had to be re-programmed every day, the breakfast was very basic, not many TV channel options, the website promised AC but there was none, and there were issues with lift access every time.
