- • Nothing really, but I didn’t spend much time there. The common areas weren’t somewhere I would want to hang out. However, the artist's garden and cafe opposite were amazing.

- • Extremely noisy hotel: you can hear everything happening in the hallway, but also outside. Difficult to rest in these conditions. I had a room with two double beds. I have never seen such an uncomfortable bed as the bottom one: as soon as you lay down on it, you can feel all the springs. Fortunately, I was alone and could use the other bed, which was hard but still much more bearable. Frankly, good luck to those who have to use both beds. The bathroom left something to be desired in terms of cleanliness, and above all, a horrible sewer smell spread throughout the room, which was really unpleasant. The Wi-Fi connection was catastrophic. I had to use a large part of my 5G data, even though I specifically choose accommodations with Wi-Fi to avoid this kind of problem. Considering the price, and booking in advance, I think it is largely possible to find better elsewhere.

- • The room was not habitable. The new budget unit has no window or vent in the bathroom. This is the tropical rainy season. They tried to cover the smell, no visible mold, but the room smelled increasingly like a mushroom. Aircon filters might also be contributing. Also, no daily cleaning of rooms. I tolerate a degree of imperfection. And I am normally in excellent health. I visited the hospital with chest symptoms, worse at night. After a complete workup, no health problem was found. I moved out, and the symptoms stopped right away. DO NOT RENT units 201 or 301. They are not safe. Consider yourself warned, and Booking potentially liable. In past years, I have rented the older rooms, and they were acceptable.

- • We asked to change rooms because we were next to the 'laundry room' and were woken up very early in the morning by the cleaning staff. No fridge...
