Great location and atmosphere, but better suited for night owls than early risers.
The location was great and easy to access, and the sunset from the beach just across the road was beautiful. The room had a very authentic feel, and I really liked the design and atmosphere.

- • The room had basic hygiene items such as a toothbrush kit, but the shampoo, conditioner, and body wash were all combined in one bottle, and it was almost empty when we arrived. There was also only one towel per person, and we were told that extra towels would come with an additional charge. The same applied to extra drinking water. It’s not really about the cost, but I think basic necessities like towels, water, and toiletries should be easier to replace or replenish during a hotel stay. The hotel itself has a very fun, lively atmosphere and is definitely well suited for younger travelers. However, there is a club right next door, so the music and bass can be quite loud until around midnight or 1 AM. If you like to sleep early and start your day early, this may not be the most convenient location.

RESORT IN GILI T WITH POOL AND RESTAURANT
The structure was close to the beaches where you could snorkel with turtles and also close to the port (the liveliest area of the city) but far enough to not hear the chaos. Breakfast to choose between sweet and savory. A pool in front of the rooms to relax and a very good restaurant where you can have lunch and dinner. They also offer the possibility to rent electric scooters and bicycles directly on-site. They also provide snorkeling masks.

Really idyllic and stunning pool area giving you a tropical paradise feel. The rooms and bed were comfortable with plenty of cooling with the air-conditioning and the ceiling fans, useful safety box, and the room was quite spacious. The outdoor shower and toilet was a unique experience. Rented bicycles were just outside the hotel entrance which was convenient. The two Chaise loungers outside each room were comfortable and relaxing. The hotel is in a quiet location, away from the traffic of the main road and I could not hear the daily call to prayer from this hotel. It is also situated on the part of the island with the best beach for swimming and snorkeling. It takes about a one minute bicycle ride from the hotel to the main road and beach. There are plenty of other great coffee shops and restaurants nearby.

- • I thought the breakfast was a little basic. Since it is such a popular hotel which is almost always fully booked, maybe a buffet breakfast with more premium foods could be considered.

Good stay
The property is at a very good location. And everything is so accessible and it's located at the best side for sunset. The room was excellent. The staff were friendly and helpful.

- • There was no hot water in the room. When asked they mentioned the government has stopped for some reason.
Clean and comfortable room with a comfortable bed. We ordered an additional bed for a child and it was indeed a bed, not a cot or a sofa. The outdoor bathroom added space to the room. Masks and snorkels were very useful, as there is a beach near the Gili Beachfront suites hotel where you can snorkel and see turtles just a few meters from the shore. And when it's high tide, it's very comfortable to swim. The restaurant was also nice. Highly recommend their desserts. We ordered them constantly. You can try them all. The staff is wonderful and polite. They ordered a cart for us to the port and made sure it came for us.

- • To get to all points of the island, you have to go through the island itself with all the dumps, garbage, and construction. And it's hard to call it a walk. You'll have to yield the road to mopeds, carts, and fend off touts and vendors.
The staff is very friendly and responsive. The outdoor shower is really cool. The breakfast is excellent (fresh fruit juice, excellent dishes) The laundry service is impeccable. Very good value for money

- • The cleanliness could be better, the floors were not really cleaned, the towels were stained, and we had an air conditioning problem for 3 days in a row. The staff was responsive, however.
