the location was just right for my stay, just a 10 min drive from where I needed to be.

- • confusion over parking arrangements. I messaged twice and had to call in the end to be told where to park-a public car park around the corner.
It was nice - we were very satisfied, especially with Razan, such a good experience
The best thing was Angelie who helped with check-in via Booking.com and ensured a quiet room. We were so lucky that she was on duty when we arrived 9/9, sweet girl. We also received fantastic service from the porter Razan, who provided a hairdryer in the evening and served excellent breakfast the next day. He helped us again at night 10/9 when we returned and felt unsafe in connection with our check-in at the hotel. And finally, he made sure we got help to get our suitcases down the steep stairs when we checked out - fantastic guy, great praise

- • As soon as you open the hotel entrance door, a sour damp smell hits you. When you walk up the long stairs to the reception, you encounter another stale smell. When we were assigned the room, a third dreadful smell resembling mold and damp climate emerges. Dirty moisture streaks running down along the walls of the room. The shower curtain is dirty and awful. The mattress is so pilled and worn out that you don't want to lie down. The window from the room faces another room in the hotel, so it's impossible to get fresh air into the room. We left before 30 minutes had passed and booked another hotel. We don't want to breathe anymore at this hotel!!

- • No daylight, window facing the breakfast room, no fresh air, only ventilation, loveless breakfast - we know better at 3 stars. Only those who love an active nightlife with pubs right next to the hotel are in the right place. We let our second night go to waste and moved to another hotel.
