- • Very poor and unnecessary experience. The listing had incorrect photos, no actual mountain view (what I booked to enjoy). The older male manager initially blamed Booking.com, then replaced the photos on the second day of my stay. On visiting the office to discuss (an apology or possible partial refund), he became aggressive, accused me of fabricating the issue solely for a free night, angrily stating 'why don't you check out now.' The hostile atmosphere pushed me to leave immediately one night early. No refund or apology was given, my vacation was ruined by unprofessional conduct and a refusal to address a clear misrepresentation.

Perfect for my stay. Quiet. Please note that city Center is about 15 mins drive away. Nearby you can find a supermarket, 7/11 and some other eateries and laundry services

We liked the spacious and comfortable studio. It is not next to the center but good for people that look for calm, want to escape the hustle and bustle of the city and like to be next to nature. There is a nice small waterfall not far away, it is 30 minutes to walk at maximum. Small shops and food stands are also close. The staff is very friendly. We could even leave our luggage on the check-out date at the accommodation till the evening as our bus left at 8pm. Thanks a lot for the comfortable stay!

Very good
It was very peaceful. The hotel is located in one of the more rural parts of the city. If you want hustle and bustle and nightlife, it may not be your cup of tea. But to relax, it is awesome.

Serene hotel in beautiful Chiang Mai
It is very peaceful. It is nestled in the countryside next to the mountain. Not overpowered by the cityscape.
