The receptionist, Karim made a great welcome. Any desire that we had was taken care of by the team. Dinner and breakfast were delicious and big.

- • That I upgraded the room with a significant amount, all to open the window and lean out to the balcony to see the construction site and grass on the balcony... I did not like this rip-off. I also did not like that despite 3200 ILS per night, I still had to pay 160 ILS for this ridiculous parking.

- • The food was very low-end for a 5-star hotel. Everything was bland, both the salads and the meals. The pastries were tough.
We paid a really large sum and unfortunately felt it was not worth it.
The location was excellent. Close to important attractions. The breakfast was okay. The service was very slow. On the first morning, we only got coffee at the end of the meal. The doorman at the entrance never opened the door for guests even once!! Just stands there and asks rudely 'Where to???' Even without a smile or welcome.

- • We received a bottle of wine, but there was no opener. It took over half an hour until they sent one. The air conditioner in the room was not working. We called a technician who said the plug was not connected and fixed the problem. The coffee machine did not work. Even after notifying the reception, no one came to fix it. And we had already left the room.
