- • They ruined our honeymoon. We arrived after the wedding, were told the hotel was almost empty and we would enjoy it. Throughout our stay, we received subpar service. The staff's attitude was impatient and ugly. When we ordered a sandwich to the room from the room service, it arrived over an hour later, with the bread being frozen (!) and the vegetables not fresh. The next day we ordered food from outside and asked the hotel staff to bring the delivery to our room. It took over 40 minutes from the moment the delivery arrived at the hotel until it was brought to us, even after we called twice. The employee who left the delivery at the room door cursed us through the door. My partner booked a couple's massage for us, and less than a quarter of an hour later called to cancel one of the massages and keep the other. He was answered rudely that it was impossible to cancel, and we were charged for both, and also it was impossible to have one longer massage. If you are only interested in beautiful pictures - this is the hotel. Consider that you will be disappointed with everything else in it.

- • Staff attitude. Nice breakfast and dinner, I expected more from a hotel considered high-end. Parking, they charged me 300 NIS for parking for two nights, we arrived with several cars so we ended up paying over 1000 NIS for parking.
My room is dirty.
