- • I was given a room without a view and on a low floor. Having paid for seven days and asked at reception for the opposite. Breakfast was not included despite paying over 100 USD per day

The bed is very comfortable, the air has no smell, the room is spacious, the wardrobe is reasonable, the shower is wonderful, the aesthetics are beautiful

- • The sink and faucet are poorly designed, water keeps dripping on the floor all the time, the bathroom floor towel was stained, and then a face towel. They didn't refill the soap dispenser at the sink. Small gym, tiny pool

- • I found the pillows uncomfortable as well as the bed. They are soft... very soft, probably a matter of getting used to them
