I have stayed here for the 4th time, everything is always excellent. The main advice is to choose rooms facing the pool, as those facing the road can be noisy at night. Otherwise, excellent staff, cleanliness, decent breakfasts, and convenient to reach both the center and Jomtien or Pratamnak. In general, one of the best 3-star hotels in Pattaya in my opinion.
