- • I am writing this review to warn other travelers about the terrible quality of this hotel, which I do not recommend at all. In my case, I was not traveling for pleasure, but for a medical emergency, and only used the place to sleep. If you are looking for a place to stay for more than 4 days, this is definitely not the right place. I paid for a room that promised a sofa, king-size bed, and high-speed internet; however, it did not have the advertised amenities and the modem did not work. In addition, the smell in the rooms was unbearable, with a strong musty and cigarette odor, despite the establishment being advertised as 100% smoke-free. The attention in the lobby by the elderly gentleman and the dyed-hair lady was terrible. They never showed up and reacted with obvious annoyance when I requested a change due to the unpleasant smell. In the second room, the internet did not work, and their indifferent response was: "If it doesn't connect anymore, too bad, that's how it's going to stay." Faced with this, I had to demand to speak directly with the manager to express the poor behavior of the staff and request my refund. It was only at that moment when they assigned me a third room, which no longer had that musty smell; the internet finally worked, although it still did not have the amenities advertised on its website and the pillows smelled bad. Oh, not to mention that there is no space in their parking lot; you have to leave your keys. It is totally unacceptable to have to go through three different rooms and receive such poor treatment to get the service I paid for. In an emergency situation, the last thing one looks for is this kind of complication. Avoid this place.
