- • My experience was very disappointing, mainly due to the lack of professionalism, poor communication, and handling of guest privacy. Before my arrival, I sent a request through Booking for an early check-in. I never received a response. Upon arrival, despite having sent that request in advance, I was made to wait. What surprised me the most was that, while waiting at reception, another customer arrived requesting a room at that very moment and, without hesitation, they immediately assigned one to him. This made me question why the same alternative was not offered to me when it was evident that there were available rooms. Additionally, I made a reservation for two people, not for specific individuals. On one occasion, I simply changed my companion: instead of a family member, another person accompanied me. I do not understand why this would represent an additional charge, as the occupancy remained exactly the same: two guests. Beyond whether this is a hotel policy, what was truly unacceptable was how the reception staff handled the situation. They commented and shouted in front of my new companion that it was not the same person previously registered, exposing information related to my stay. The identity of guests and any reservation data should be treated with absolute discretion and confidentiality, not become a topic of public conversation. If you value your privacy, I would recommend being very cautious when booking here. A hotel should offer security and discretion, not make its guests feel exposed or judged for decisions that are part of their private life. As if that were not enough, the sound insulation is very poor. Conversations from adjacent rooms are clearly audible, and even intimate noises can be heard, making it practically impossible to enjoy a peaceful stay.
Good value for money
Spacious room, large comfortable bed and the essentials with TV, table, towel, and shower gel. Special mention to my friends in the kitchen, always very friendly. And there is a flame-grilled burger stand across the street open late and an Oxxo on the corner. Not the most welcoming neighborhood, but I had no issues on my side
