- • The booking process through Booking was a bit complicated. At least the entire amount was debited too early, then credited back. Early check-in would have been possible only for a fee (half the room cost)

- • I injured my foot during a walk while staying at the hotel. When I returned, I asked the receptionist working on Saturday afternoon for an ice pack, which he kindly provided. At around 2:00 PM, the lobby was completely empty, so I sat on a couch and applied the ice pack to my foot. The receptionist then asked whether I would be more comfortable doing this in my room. I told him I was fine where I was. A few minutes later, he repeated the suggestion and made it clear that he wanted me to go to my room, saying that it was not appropriate to ice my foot in the lobby. I found this unnecessarily uncomfortable and unwelcoming, especially since the lobby was empty and I was simply sitting quietly with an injured foot. Also, the water pressure in the shower in my room was quite low.
Very exclusive, calm, and comfortable. The decor is beautiful.
