Good, but needs improvement considering the high price.
The place is quiet, the bed is comfortable, and the view from the room is perfect. There are 3 pools, a sauna, and a jacuzzi.

- • We didn't receive the room on time - as compensation, they gave us a late check-out an hour and a half later. They promised wine and chocolates in the room, but didn't bring anything. The tiles in the pool are falling apart while walking in the water/swimming, which is also dangerous as you could get cut. The dishes in the dining room were wet from the dishwasher, I had to stand up and dry the dishes.
First and foremost, the design. The architecture and interior design are of a very high standard, both in the rooms and in the hotel spaces. Attention to every detail. The original pool is adjacent to the outdoor pools and together with the vegetation creates an atmosphere that the pool is outdoors but without the strong sun. The breakfast was really wonderful.

- • It is necessary to mention on the hotel's website that the dairy restaurant is not open on Saturdays at noon... It seems to be open but there is nothing there. We came from Abu Ghosh hungry and it was a big disappointment.

- • Average food, tasteless coffee, cold pools. They do not mention when booking that there are no wine tastings on Saturdays, the Imperial is closed.
A very unpleasant experience overall, staff entering the room without permission, tasteless food and no variety, I will not return.
