- • My room did not have a minibar and the hygiene items (shampoo, conditioner, liquid soap) were of very poor quality. There was no soap in the bathroom, only the bottle attached to the shower wall. Both the room and the bathroom have very poor lighting. I think a hotel of that category should not charge for parking.
Disappointing.

- • The breakfast and restaurant were very poor, practically abandoned. The gym did not have access to the hotel (the door was not working and even though I reported it, it was not fixed). The bathroom had insufficient and uncomfortable lighting, also there was not enough toilet paper... It is inexplicable that a hotel of this category does not have minimally acceptable service and maintenance.
Unfair stay for a tired tourist, spending their money and just looking for tranquility
The location is good during the day, but at night it is not, it is full of homeless people, vagrants... I did not feel safe at all. The terrace is shared with the hotel next door, but the pool is closed even though that day was for the pool. Other hotels have it open.

- • Poor internet; I arrived at 7 in the morning, had a reservation and requested an early check-in, as I am a Genius3 and normally they grant it to me. But I was sitting in a reception chair until 2 pm. From 8 am I saw many people leave, and I also saw people arrive. The curious thing is that for all the other guests there was early check-in but not for me, there was a receptionist who claimed to be the 'manager', and she told me that all reservations were different, to which I replied 'different why?', since the others also arrived through Booking; In addition, they gave me a dark and mistreated room, facing an internal courtyard with a blackened wall (see the photos). What they gave me is not worth even close to 120 dollars a day. Reading the reviews, I have no doubt that they treat other people correctly, it would be good if they behaved the same with all guests and not talk about 'differences'.
