- • The room was somewhat dirty from construction dust and had a sewage smell
Lack of attention to details
The children's pools are great, with slides and toys for the customers. Also, good variety of beers, nice draft beer, and most of the dishes from the French and Italian restaurants sound tasty.

- • Several negative points - cleanliness of common areas and the buffet restaurant, let's face it, the guests themselves don't help. Several French cockroaches came in through the bathroom window. Both the room and common areas show signs of wear and tear (they offered me another room but I was too lazy to move). The Japanese restaurant is terribly bad. Lack of training for the waitstaff, only a few know the wines they serve. Forks and knives are constantly dirty in the main restaurant. Main restaurant noisy and disorganized. Chaotic check-in. I went to celebrate my daughter's birthday, ordered a cake at 08:30 and it arrived at 18:30. Lack of care and attention to details. If you want a quiet place to rest, this is not the place for you.
