Ibis Budget is better
- With the window closed, it was quieter than we expected. The noise from the street was well blocked, and the other hotel guests were hardly heard. The bed was quite comfortable. You could open the window and ventilate well. It was relatively loud, but it significantly decreased later with the traffic and noise. There was an alternative to cow's milk for breakfast (oat milk), but all other products were only available in animal-based versions, and there was no margarine.

- • - The entrance to the hotel could have been better signposted. The toilet creaked when sitting down and getting up as if it was about to fall off the wall, and there was no toilet brush. The toilet space was quite tight overall. The room smelled musty and like chlorine cleaner, but it could be well ventilated through the window. The hallway in front of the rooms smelled unpleasant. We arrived three-quarters of an hour before breakfast ended at the buffet, and it was very empty and not replenished. Some items on the cold counter were frozen because it was too cold with a thick layer of ice. We couldn't use the toaster because it started smoking immediately (apparently, some bread was stuck and burnt, the staff tried to remove it, but unfortunately in vain), and there was no other bread. Also, the tables were not cleared, and it was difficult to find a free/clean place. There were no small towels, only a shower mat and large bath towels. Overall, the building, hallways, and rooms looked worn out. They try to get something out of renovations, such as new wall paint, but overall, it is quite worn out and could use a major renovation. I have been to better Ibis Budget hotels. If you mainly stay here to sleep and only stay for 1-2 nights, it's okay. We didn't find the breakfast appealing in terms of value for money.

- • No privacy, i.e. twin roommates need to know each other very well as the bathroom facilities are integral with the room, and the shower door is frosted glass only.

- • Air conditioning was not working properly. Couldn't sleep as it was too hot in the room. Very congested rooms. Not worth the money. No wardrobe, no kettle, no drinking water. Nothing else available other than 2 bath towels and 2 glass cups

The hotel is situated in a convenient location for food, access to the city center, etc. But the room was too stuffy without basic amenities like coffee and an electric kettle, etc. The room was clean, but the flooring had deep scratches from travelers' bags, etc. The hotel is next to a busy road with lots of vehicular traffic, noise, etc.
