- • The pools. It seems that their maintenance is complex but it is advisable to do more maintenance. We could not swim because the water was constantly dirty with remains of pigeons that fly over the place

- • Through the Booking page, they sell it as a 5-star hotel and it only reaches about 3 stars, for me it is misleading advertising in the photos. It was not what I was looking for and I decided not to stay there, they have not refunded the money (which is quite a lot for what the hotel is), what they sell on the page is not what you see in reality, I feel deceived and cheated, I will not buy through Booking again.... I have lost my money because at the establishment they told me it was non-refundable. I feel truly cheated.

- • No hot water. No water to drink unless you buy it. Dangerous area at night. No bar. No food after 5 pm. Very expensive. Dirty pool on the second floor

The room was magnificent, I had never seen a room with such high ceilings, the staff was great, breakfast too. The shuttle service is so convenient :)

The staff is great. The location is quite central, in front of the marina, in case you want to take a boat for a ride.

- • The parking is far. The room had no door in the bathroom, zero privacy. Unfortunately, the rooftop pool cannot be used because it is a pigeon bathtub.
