- • I was moved out of my room because of potential bedbugs on a Friday, they told me they would inform me on Monday about if there were bedbugs. It is now Wednesday and I haven't heard anything. I have tried reaching out multiple times. I attached an image of what I found in my room. Additionally, on arrival the person checking me in double-charged me as they argued I hadn't paid yet although I had through Booking.com. On the second day there was a nice customer service person doing her best who refunded me for the double charge. But in summary: I have had to live for soon a week as if I had bedbugs because they didn't communicate. Would never stay again.
