- • The office did not come to fix the TV which was not working even though we rang them twice and waited 2 hours before giving up. Not well cleaned in bathroom with mould visible and the vent kept opening and closing loudly all night. No dish cloth to wipe bench, hole in corner of bathroom wall. The blackout blind was not wide enough so the outside light from the car park shone in all night and lit up the handwashing area so it was very light all night. The picture on the wall was not unwrapped? Very odd all around.
