- • The place needs urgent renovation in the rooms, as well as in the hotel facilities; hot and cold pools, stairs, elevators. We had a leakage in the room from the air conditioning, and the room was very dirty. However, the service was excellent and they spoiled us with a romantic dinner.

- • I had to ask at least 3 times to stay for an extra half hour at check-out because of the restriction of my bus back to the center, I think it was especially unnecessary when I only stayed for one night, they could have just told me it's okay the first time.. I think it adds to the service experience.

- • We arrived at the room and found hair on the bed. After a day, the soap ran out and they didn't bother to refill it. The hotel's beach is shared with the Nabo hotel and is distant. The air conditioning worked partially, and overall an experience where everything doesn't come easily and with pleasure
