- • I really dislike the tone of the customer service when calling. Especially the last time I stayed, I might be late due to a flight delay. I called your hotel twice to inform that I would be arriving late, but the tone and attitude of your customer service were extremely impatient. Should we be treated like this after paying such a high accommodation fee? Gave me a very arrogant attitude. A lady answered, in the afternoon.
Completely loved the place, also got kindly upgraded room, everything felt modern and well thought in the room, we will definitely come back for our next trip to Guangzhou

Great stay at W
Congratulations to the whole crew for a very attentive and exceptional service. Stayed for 3 nights and had a wonderful time. Started with a bad taxi experience at the airport but they made it up after arriving. A beautiful hotel with great service.
