The hotel perfectly meets European expectations. It is clean, the staff is very friendly and ready to fulfill all customer requests. The service is fast and meticulous. The room is spacious and the beds comfortable. The bathroom is modern and clean. The pool water is clear and free of insects or dirt. The hotel has a beautiful modern interior. The food is expensive but excellent and varied.

Good hotel but lacks a bit of upgrade
The food served at breakfast was diverse and excellent. The people working at the restaurant were very professional.

- • Good hotel but customer service is not as pleasant and professional as at Holiday Inn in Jaipur and Aerocity. Also, the restroom was not very comfortable.

Stayed from 27 ~ 29 Jun'26. Excellent property and extra courteous staff. Very professional security checking while entering the premises. Reception - Very smooth check-in / out. Staff is very polite and cheerful. Food - Breakfast was too good so was dinner thanks to Chef Mr. Shamim and Manager Mr. Ankit. Room - Mr. Dharmender from housekeeping ensured exceptionally clean and fresh room throughout the stay. Pool - kids loved the pool and enjoyed a lot. Car parking is available, staff in the parking lot is helpful. Overall a very pleasant stay. Cheers!
