- • We had booked a triple room, which was confirmed as a single room. Upon arrival, an extra payment was required - not really professional. There was no safe in the room, but it was installed within 15 minutes upon request(!). The hotel is a bit outdated. The three elevators, of which only two were working at most, led to longer waiting times of up to 10 minutes. There were no stairs or only for emergencies. On two out of three days, breakfast took place in a room much too small for the number of guests. The staff was overwhelmed with replenishing dishes, drinks, and refilling the buffet. The bathroom ventilation was not working.
Interesting experience, staying in a historic hotel, in an emblematic place that is Campo Grande

- • The breakfast room felt dark and was much smaller than before. I have stayed at Hotel da Bahia before, and the previous breakfast area was much better.

- • The room smelled musty and the conditioner had a horrible smell. The hot water and air conditioning were not working well, but I was informed that it was a temporary issue. I expected a bit more since it's Wish.
