- • We stayed for two days and while we were there, they did not fix the room. Also, I believe they should improve the windows.
A NIGHT WITH FAMILY
The hotel offers a good experience: comfortable, spacious, clean room with air conditioning, excellent because we went in the middle of a heatwave, it has an elevator, which is great because we were on the 5th floor, the balcony has a very good view of the area and this is important to us, good service in the restaurant, kindness of the ladies in the area, breakfast included, good portion and good taste, in general, it was a pleasant stay.

- • However, we had an issue at check-out. We were charged an additional fee of $95,000 for exceeding 20 minutes (the time indicated by the receptionist) after the check-out time (1:00 pm), but this policy was not informed to us beforehand, nor when we informed the reception that we would go up to retrieve our belongings before checking out, as we were having lunch in the hotel restaurant, the cost of which is not included in the stay. More than the charge itself (although it was a cost not estimated in our budget), it was uncomfortable the lack of clear information and the unempathetic way our concern was handled at the reception. I believe that improving communication and handling in these situations would greatly enhance the guest experience.

- • Only the breakfast is bad, especially for foreigners, they should adapt to the clientele and not offer something cultural to them.
It is not very cheap, so it is not worth it
The room is really good, with comfortable beds and very hot water. I found the cost-benefit good and there are restaurants and bakeries near the location.

- • The metro is not as close as they say, you need to walk about 20 minutes to get there and at night it is dangerous. We found the breakfast terrible, besides being served at our table with an amount that is not satisfactory for everyone, and you cannot have seconds.

The cleanliness and attention, they also allowed us to take the room before the check-in for a fair price.

- • That there was no soap dish in the bathroom. The toiletries should be placed in the dish. Very inconvenient. I didn't like that the room was not cleaned after the first night.
