- • Cleaning and service did not match a five-star hotel. One should ask for things that should be obvious both in terms of cleaning and breakfast. After each shower, water collected in our bathroom.

- • Club lounge. Extremely disappointing. I would not opt for the club lounge option again. To be honest, there are much better breakfast options around the hotel area.

Very nice hotel, with an excellent location, large and quiet rooms but average breakfast.

Superb! A very, very comfortable stay
The thing that we liked the most was the willingness and readiness of the staff to attend to our needs. We changed rooms twice for particular reasons (1. the drainage in the shower was not good and 2. the second replacement room was slightly smaller) and the staff responded immediately to attend to our request. The hotel location is in a very nice and green part of town close to the seashore and some very good fish and kebab restaurants. The Old Bazar is only 15 minutes' walk from the hotel. The breakfast was very good but a bit monotonous.
