Amazing hotel
We loved it. The staff were exceptional, we had an upgrade and the views were amazing. If one day we return to beautiful Busan we would definitely choose here.

Amazing Hotel
Superb location. Wonderful staff and a great vibe. We stayed for four nights and can't recommend it enough! Perfect for an escape.

I got hurt for the first time at the hotel
The doormen at the hotel entrance are friendlier than any 5-star hotel. I paid an additional fee for the room and changed to a view of Gwangan Bridge, so the outside view and pleasant room with comfortable bedding. The coffee tastes good too.

- • As I arrived late on the first day, I went to the 31st-floor bar to have a drink and when I asked which one item on the menu was, a male employee decided and asked me to call it, then quickly left. It was so absurd. I wondered if he was busy or misunderstood, but I have never seen such an employee in any hotel. On the second day, my daughter wanted to take a bath late at night, so she stepped into the bathtub and hit the marble edge too hard. I couldn't move because of the pain, so I contacted the hotel and called 119 for emergency treatment. Fortunately, it was a severe bruise and the bones were fine, so I am currently receiving treatment at a hospital in Seoul. It seems necessary to attach something around the bathtub or anti-slip measures. My daughter got hurt at the Park Hyatt and came back, so I have no intention of going there again because I am afraid.

There are simply no words to describe the view from our room—it was absolutely breathtaking. I could have stayed in the room all day just admiring it, and it was definitely worth every penny. The staff were also very helpful, courteous, and accommodating throughout our stay.

- • When you hold the key to the elevator, the floor you stay on is automatically set, but it was not set, so I struggled with the staff three times and only solved it by going to the office instead of the front desk. There was no staff to guide the room, so I called room service to know how to use the room, but it took about 10 minutes after calling for the staff to come to the room and explain how to use it. For the most expensive hotel in Haeundae, the service was very lacking, and it was a hotel that I never wanted to go to again.
