- • Not enough light in the rooms. Not enough water pressure in the shower. Not very hot water for bathing or showering. The reception staff not very welcoming.

- • Very dark room lighting, too many electrical switches, especially the 'master' switch that turns off/on everything at once without the possibility of turning on separately (plus the electric shutters). Not enough space at breakfast, so you have to wait (sometimes 20 minutes).
Great resort.
Beautiful resort, friendly staff, great location and view. Outstanding globalist benefit. We'll be back soon!

Premium for premium, not for the guest.
Excellent staff. The view from the Ocean View room of the bridge and the bay is very beautiful. Fireworks are visible at night. Excellent temperature in the pool. Delicious food at the Patisserie.

- • The room is not cozy - the doors are very heavy, a 6-year-old child could not open the toilet door properly because of the very tight door closers. The blackout curtains block the light perfectly, but the mechanism is very loud. Some of the sockets in our room were not working, but overall there are about 12-15 in the room, so we didn't really have any problems. The fridge hardly works (weak cooling, no freezer) and is fully stocked with hotel-paid drinks - there is almost nowhere to put your own food or fruits. They only allow entry to the pool with caps, and the caps they sell at the hotel are of very low quality and overpriced. The hotel is premium and in some places, it feels like it holds back the visitor from relaxing, you have to be the son of your mom's friend all the time. There is almost nothing around the hotel in the Marine City area - all decent shops and the beach are a 25-minute walk away (fortunately, taxis are cheap and very accessible through the Kakao T app).
