Location was good, unsafe in the evenings. Staff was very friendly. Low budget hotel. Small cockroaches in the room, present every day.

Visit to Cape Town
Housekeeping was almost nonexistent. Found leftover food containers from a previous guest in the closet. After three days without housekeeping, I finally found her and asked for the trash to be removed. The toilet was broken, constantly running and always flushing itself. The neighborhood is not the best.

Great location - very close to Long Street
This hotel had an excellent location for us, close to all the restaurants and nightlife on Long Street, Green Market Square, and the African Theatre Show. The hotel staff were exceptional, very helpful and friendly, answering many questions we had about Cape Town. The breakfast could be ordered from the menu, included and very good.
