Disappointing despite having good facilities, with better staff the stay would be perfect!
The location of 93 Luxury Suites is excellent. The facilities are super nice, the apartment is modern, comfortable, and very well equipped. The bed was too comfortable and had everything, including a coffee maker and various details that make the stay much more pleasant. Overall, the place is very beautiful and cozy physically.

- • My experience at 93 Luxury Suites was quite disappointing due to the attention of the staff and the handling of an urgent situation. We ordered lunch well in advance because someone in our group had to quickly catch transportation, and from the beginning we clearly notified the urgency so that they could have everything ready. Still, the service was extremely slow and disorganized. The food took about an hour to arrive, even though it had been ordered around 40 minutes in advance, and even the drinks were not served on time. More than 40 minutes passed without even receiving something basic while the clock kept ticking and the risk of missing the transportation increased. The most frustrating part was the attitude of the staff: very slow, lacking empathy, and unhelpful, even though they perfectly knew the situation and the pressure we were under. We ended up practically leaving in desperation because the delay almost made us miss the flight/transportation. After we expressed our dissatisfaction, the only response was an apology, with no real intention to solve, compensate, or properly handle what happened. The facilities may be good, but the customer service and responsiveness in important situations leave a lot to be desired. An experience I definitely would not repeat.
