- • The bidet was far from the toilet, so we had to use a nearby bidet, which was uncomfortable due to the strong water pressure. The air conditioning was also not working, but luckily it wasn't very hot.
Suitable for a brief stay
Rooms and bathrooms were very clean, and the check-in process was smooth. Having a coffee maker and kettle in the room was a nice touch.

- • Disappointing breakfast with no fresh juices, napkins, or assistance. Only one waiter was present, not in uniform, affecting the service quality. No help with luggage at checkout was inconvenient. Overall, a decent place for a short stay of one or two nights, especially if cleanliness is a priority. Breakfast service and checkout assistance need improvement.
