Perfect
I liked how much they care about everything, they are careful with the rooms always keeping them clean, the breakfast was great and the location excellent, everything is close by so you can do everything on foot! Extremely attentive staff willing to help! Besides, the beds are super warm and comfortable, it was a great stay and I plan to come back with more time for sure I will stay at the same hotel! Congratulations guys!

Good for a longer stay
Nice host, had given us everything we needed. We could leave our bags for a day before our flight. Quite a few restaurants and cafes around, 10 minutes walk from Plaza de Armas. A little uphill but didn't bother us at all.

- • The hot water was pretty random, sometimes no water at all. But I understand it's a thing the host can't always control in Cusco. The room was pretty cold, but we each had two wool blankets.
To return
Delicious little breakfast, with good bedding I didn't feel cold at night, warm water. Very friendly staff, provides guidance to know the tourist spots of Cusco. The location is excellent, a few blocks from the San Francisco church.

- • Upon entering the passage it doesn't look good, it's not dangerous, but the passage doesn't reflect what the interior of the hostel is. Very good experience.
Not bad, but not really nice.
Very central to the old town of Cusco. Julio was very helpful and gave good recommendations for restaurant visits. Uncomplicated luggage storage during the trip to Machu Picchu and even after checking out. Simple rooftop terrace with a beautiful view over Cusco.

- • Small, cold room and small, cramped bathroom. An additional towel for the cold tile floor would have been nice. Very simple breakfast - but okay. Power outlets only worked correctly in the bathroom.
Good cost-benefit ratio. Simple but for the price, it's worth it.

The hotel is really good, the rooms very comfortable, excellent location but what really makes the difference here are Julio and Yovana. What a lovely couple. Welcoming, affectionate, and always willing to help. Thank you very much for everything, family, we have felt at home. The stay in Cusco and Peru without you and Hatun Quilla would never have been the same. We will never forget you. We love you very much! We hope to see you again soon!
