Comfortable and quiet
Julio was very friendly and went out of his way to ensure a pleasant stay. Additionally, the bed was great and we had a good breakfast with a nice view. You have to walk down an alley to find it, but that makes it quiet at night, which can be difficult in Peru, especially in this location.

- • The shower was warm but it would be nice if it were a bit warmer.
What stands out the most is the friendliness and attention, the breakfast was very good, the location is strategic, close to the city center

Small peaceful hotel in the center of Cusco
The staff, Rebecca was lovely and attentive, the originality of the place, the nice decoration, the tranquility, the rooftop terrace, the good breakfast in this lovely room upstairs

- • The door is closed and we don't have the key, but there is always someone or a phone number and at least we feel secure
I rented a room for 5 days and the service was bad, when I wanted to shower there was never any gas, they charged even for a bit of hot water, they don't change the towels, they don't provide toilet paper, a disappointment!! And the amount charged was more than agreed.

The best possible choice for cost-benefit in Cusco
I traveled with my girlfriend and we liked everything! If you are looking for accommodation with excellent cost-benefit, this is the place. To start, we stayed in 3 different places in Cusco and this one had the best location: very close to Plaza de Armas, with a market, pharmacy, and laundry nearby. The room is very spacious, the bed and pillows are very comfortable, good shower and bathroom, all very clean. The breakfast is great, very complete and prepared with care. Julio and his wife are amazing people, very kind and helpful. In addition to the accommodation, we booked some tours with Julio, which were very affordable and great. We also left our suitcase for 2 days while we went to Machu Picchu, I came back to pick it up late at night and Julio promptly attended to me. Highly recommend!
