- • One of the worst experiences I've had in a hotel. The night shift person's attention was completely indifferent and with an evident lack of interest in the guests. There was no willingness to help or provide a solution to the issues that arose, leaving a very bad impression. The room also did not meet minimum conditions. It did not have a door key, which is unacceptable from a security point of view. Additionally, the broken bed propped up by a book and a dictionary, and the bedspreads were dirty, giving a sense of lack of hygiene and little care for the facilities. When you pay for a service, you expect at least cleanliness, security, and respectful treatment. In this case, none of those expectations were met. I hope the management takes steps to improve because in the current state, I cannot recommend this place to anyone.
The kindness of the guys, their willingness. The bathroom and showers were always neat and clean. The place was quiet and perfect. For what we needed, we had everything to shower and rest. We would return!

- • The entire place seems very old and poorly maintained. Mold covers the bathroom walls, and the showers are in bad shape. There's no soundproofing, so you can hear everything from other rooms. Cockroaches are everywhere in the kitchen. I wanted to cook, but I wasn't told about the time limit. Everything is very dirty in the kitchen. Overall, there are many issues with this location, and I think the price is too high for what you get. The payment process feels shady. I had to pay through an online system that asked for my card details, including the CVV, which isn't secure. Also, the area is dangerous with many people using drugs outside the building. I was threatened by one of the addicts and had to be careful when I got back home to avoid him, as he was always around threatening everyone.
