- • The entire place seems very old and poorly maintained. Mold covers the bathroom walls, and the showers are in bad shape. There's no soundproofing, so you can hear everything from other rooms. Cockroaches are everywhere in the kitchen. I wanted to cook, but I wasn't told about the time limit. Everything is very dirty in the kitchen. Overall, there are many issues with this location, and I think the price is too high for what you get. The payment process feels shady. I had to pay through an online system that asked for my card details, including the CVV, which isn't secure. Also, the area is dangerous with many people using drugs outside the building. I was threatened by one of the addicts and had to be careful when I got back home to avoid him, as he was always around threatening everyone.
